Life......A bed of roses for some.......and a path of constant struggles for others.
It is very interesting to see how life treats different people differently। They say there is no such thing as destiny. You are the product of your hard work. The more you put in the more you get. But then you find that while one person with all his talents and hard work is constantly struggling, for someone else out there, all the goodness of life is served on a silver platter. And then you start wondering if its really true that there is no such thing as destiny.
Of course, there is one attribute that is so human is to find sadness or happiness in any given situation. So a person to whom life is a bed of roses, still gets upset when he finds a single little thorn which has come there by mistake. While for the other person, he finds great happiness even if he has a glance a soft green meadow far at the horizon. However the basic nature of humans is to be happy and everything that a person does or does not do is to find his happiness. So a struggler after seeing the meadow is happy cause he thinks his goal is now within reach, while the .....is sad cause the thorn has caused a little discomfort on his soft bed.
But then again....the question remains as to why is life so unfair to some and more than fair to ओठेर्स. There are people who are no less than saints in their behaviour and attitude towards others, are willing to work hard no matter what and are still far far away from any ray of success। And then there are others who are lazy, stubborn mules who don't move a finger and success kisses their feet.
Finally the only place where one can find solace and answers to all these questions is when they talk about your Karma. Karma is something that is passed on to you from your previous life and thus if you were good in your previous few lives.....life treats you good in this life.....So basically you are now thrown in such a web from which no one knows how to safely come out. And thus all the questions end and there is no expectation of finding any answers. But then what is the use of being good in this life if life is anyways going to bring the additions and subtractions from previous lives. No one is sure if life exists after death....if it does, its well and good. But if it doesn't then does anyone have a right to make his/her life better in this life.....by hook or crook. OK.....maybe not by too much crook. Just a little bit. Where I am neither a saint nor a gangster. Maybe what everyone is doing in their lives is trying to achieve this delicate balance. That is where most of us spend our lives.
So finally aren't we all not just destinies children.....The question remains.
